Les mêmes ballasts sont utilisés sur tous les ascenseurs pesant jusqu'à 1100 livres. Certains ascenseurs peuvent nécessiter des supports personnalisés fournis à un coût supplémentaire modeste.
Toute pompe à haut volume capable d'une pression de 2 à 3 PSI peut être utilisée. Les pompes 12V bidirectionnelles comme celles destinées aux planches de paddle gonflables sont idéales.
No. The BLU System is designed to withstand freezing temperatures. It can remain installed on your elevator year-round, even if the elevator is stored outside during the winter.
No. The BLU System is designed to be installed securely on your boat elevator without requiring any modifications to the structure or mechanics of the elevator.

BLU System ballasts and fittings are sold with a limited warranty of ten years.
The BLU flotation system for boat elevators is constructed of the best materials to ensure exceptional product quality. The cost of the system depend on the type of elevator you have and the options you choose to add. On average, the price of the BLU System is under $3,000.
Floating : If the water level is variable, if the seabed is unstable, if there is a great depth of water or if you own a large boat.
Pole Docks: If the water depth is 8 feet or less.
Red cedar is a very durable wood. However, it turns gray very quickly. Staining will only keep its original beautiful color, but will not extend its life. It is recommended to redo the stain every 2 years.
It is recommended to add stabilizers in water starting at a depth of 3 feet. They will give your dock better stability.
Add up the weight of the boat, engine, fuel and accessories. Do not forget the weight of the water in the ballasts, if applicable.

Determine if your boat is a wakeboard, confirm the width of your lift, and choose a length that is a minimum of 2 feet longer than your boat in order to properly protect it from bad weather

Bertrand Docks guarantees its aluminum structures and welding for a five-year period, and the mechanics and all accessories that it manufactures for a two-year period. This warranty applies to the normal use of the product under normal conditions.
During the warranty period, Bertrand Docks will repair or replace the product, as required, free of charge upon presentation of the invoice.
The warranty is subject to the following exceptions;
– This warranty covers normal consumer usage and does not cover damages, which in Bertrand Docks’ opinion results from abnormal operating conditions, accidents, excess weight, abuse, improper storage, maladjustment, neglect, poor assembly, poor installation.
– Damages caused by a repair or an attempt to repair by other than a service center authorized by Bertrand Docks will void the warranty.
– Modifications or alterations of the products.
– An act of god
– Damage done by water, salt water or ice.
– Transport, Removal and reinstallation costs are not covered by this warranty.
The warranty is limited to the first buyer.
Bertrand Docks can not be held responsible for the poor state of the seabed
