Our extrusion is deeper than standard, minimizing deflection at mid-span and reducing bounce during use. To ensure lateral stability, we’ve integrated side stabilizers directly into the structure—preventing sections from twisting and keeping everything firmly in place. All welds are robotically applied with strict quality control at every step, guaranteeing a flawless finish. We also use aluminum parts of a higher gauge than typically found on the market, offering enhanced strength and longevity for both docks and lifts.
Smart Connection
Our docks feature a unique triangular plate and bolt connection system. Unlike traditional hinges that slot into rail systems—putting stress on the aluminum structure—our approach transfers loads through bolts in shear.
